MOR Control has been designing, installing & servicing Honeywell Excel 5000 & LCBS DDC building Automation Systems for over 10 years.

These systems have been installed in over 60 sites for the Simcoe County School Board, 20 sites for the Trillium Lakelands District School Board, 13 sites for Toys "R" Us coast to coast and various other facilities, MOR Control Inc. has been able to maintain it's base philosophy of providing Building Automation Systems that do not require service support contracts.

While at the same time MOR Control takes a hands-on approach by offering the initial assistance, design, application and programming required. During this process we educate the owner enabling them to control their own environment.

We will supply and install LCBS & Excel 5000 DDC systems from a single zone stand-alone systems to full building automation systems or simply supply components for others to install while still offering unsurpassed technical assistance.

We are also a Honeywell ACI “Authorized Controls Integrator”. Fully trained in Lonworks network design and Lonworks System integration.

MOR Control is also an Active member of the Barrie Construction Association .
